VISIT TO MOTHER DAIRY PLANT, TELANKHEDI NAGPUR
Department of swasthvritta and yoga conducted a visit to Mother Dairy Plant Telankhedi, Nagpur.
57 students from second year UG and PG students visited the site accompanied by faculty members of the swasthvritta department.
Mr.Vivek Kargaokar guided the students about the milk processing and packaging system.
To observe quality control and hygiene practices in a dairy plant.
To learn about pasteurization and storage of milk.
To gain knowledge about different dairy products manufactured.
The visit was successfully carried out under the guidance of Dr. Madhavi Rehpade HOD swasthvritta and yoga department, Dr. Mamta Talmale, Dr. Omprakash Gulhane, Dr. Sharayu Gajapure, Dr. Rupali Bhanare and Dr. Snehal Bhamkar.
