The शिव वंदना २०२५ program, celebrating the birth anniversary of the great Maratha warrior Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, was successfully organized by the Batch 2022-23 of BMAM, Nandanvan, Nagpur. The event was held with great enthusiasm and cultural fervor, witnessing the presence of esteemed dignitaries, faculty members, students, and alumni.
The occasion was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Honourable Rajendraji Mulak Sir, Secretary, BMAM Nagpur. Other distinguished guests included Dr. Yuwaraj Kale Sir, Principal, BMAM Nagpur, Dr. Denge Sir, Principal, Pharmacy College; Dr. Sarika Rokde Madam, Principal, Nursing College, Nagpur; and Dr. Divakar Pawar Sir, President, BMAM Alumni Association, Nagpur._Additionally, all _Heads of Departments of various departments at BMAM, Nandanvan, Nagpur, were present to witness this memorable celebration.
The program commenced with the grand Palakhi procession and Dindi, symbolizing the traditional cultural heritage of Maharashtra. This was followed by the Shivaji Maharaj Poster Rollout ceremony and the auspicious Shivaji Maharaj Murti Sthapana, evoking a sense of pride and reverence among the attendees. A series of cultural performances, including various dances depicting significant life events of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, captivated the audience. These performances were accompanied by mono-acting sequences, highlighting the valiant and strategic life of Shivaji Maharaj.
A notable highlight of the event was the Book publication ceremony featuring the works of Dr. Pravina Daf Madam and Dr. Pratibha Atram Madam, adding an intellectual dimension to the cultural celebration.
The Cultural Committee, comprising Dr. Rupali Chandewar, Dr. Anand Tekade, Dr. Mrunal Dange, and Dr. Pratik Satbadre, meticulously planned and executed the event, ensuring its resounding success. The program was eloquently anchored by Aniket Jogdand, Devyani Shyamsundar, Pradheysh Dhage, and Sarita Maurya, who kept the audience engaged throughout the proceedings. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Shivani Landge.
The program witnessed the participation of around 500 attendees, including students, faculty, and alumni, and concluded with a Lunch gathering, promoting unity and camaraderie among all.
शिव वंदना २०२५ was a remarkable tribute to the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, instilling values of leadership, courage, and patriotism among the younger generation.
