Rachana Sharir department of Bhausaheb Mulak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya celebrated the “Azadi Ka Amrutmahotsava” by conducting an Awareness program at skating ground regarding prevention of injury to Marma points under the title of Marmaghat Evum Upcahr on 5th Oct 2021.
The program was held under the guidance of Principal Dr. Meena Alnewar Ma’am, Dr. Mukund Dive Sir, our Hospital Supretendent Dr. Sangeeta Bhagadlar Ma’am, program co-ordinator Dr. Bhawana Bhalme Ma’am & Dr. Avinash Karambhe Sir. The HOD of Rachana Sharir Department Dr. Alka Charde Ma’am, Assistant Professor Dr. Shweta Sorte Ma’a, & Dr. Pallavi Pawar (Patil) Ma’am, co-ordinated the program very well.
The PG students of the Department along with first-year UG students were present at the skating ground.
The various poster was made showing different marma point reflecting their importance, viddha Lakshana, an anatomical structure including within it. Posters also showed how to protect the marma point during the skating.
Dr. Shrutika Nikhade final year PG student conducted the whole program, Dr. Vinay Pareek our first-year PG student informed the skater & their parents about the topic. The program was concluded by the vote of thanks given by Dr. Amit Rathod our 2nd year PG student.
There was 30-40 skating student with their parents & guardian present at that moment. All the parents cherished our initiative and expecting the same informative program to be conducted more in the coming future.
