Goals :-
1. Establish a dedicated Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) committee comprising key stakeholders such as faculty members, administrative staff, and student representatives
2. Conduct regular orientation programs and workshops on quality assurance for faculty and staff members
3. Develop a comprehensive quality assurance policy and framework specific to Ayurvedic education and research
4. Implement a system for collecting and analyzing feedback from students, faculty, alumni, and other stakeholders
5. Establish mechanisms for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of teaching, research, and administrative processes.
6. Encourage faculty participation in professional development activities to enhance teaching and research quality
7. Foster collaborations with other institutions and accrediting bodies to benchmark and improve quality standards
8. Ensure transparency and accountability in all quality assurance activities through regular reporting and documentation
Functions :-
1. Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
2. Collecting and analyzing data on academic and administrative processes.
3. Conducting internal audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
4. Organising workshops and training programs on quality enhancement.
5. Facilitating the preparation of self-assessment reports for institutional accreditation.
6. Coordinating with external agencies for accreditation and quality assessment
7. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of quality improvement initiatives
8. Promoting a culture of quality consciousness among all stakeholders
