On the occasion of ‘Ratha Saptami ‘ Swasthavritta and Yoga department of Bhausaheb Mulak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya Nandanvan Nagpur has organised Suryanamaskar practice for students, teaching and non- teaching staff on 04/02/2025 . Almost 60 students with Post Graduate students and teaching staff were present in this session. This programme was demonstrated by Yoga teacher Dr Yogesh Tulshan, under the guidance of Dr Madhavi Rehpade HOD & Professor of Swasthavritta and Yoga Dep. Mam demonstrated all about Rathasaptami and importance of Suryanamaskar on occasion of Rathasaptami. Dr Omprakash Gulhane and Dr Rupali Bhanare were present and took efforts for this programme.
